Saturday, December 17th was a historic day for comebacks. After being up 33-0 at halftime, the Colts found a way to lose over time 36-39. The massive comeback is the largest in NFL history.
I’m all for good comebacks, but as a guy who genuinely likes Matt Ryan, this one is hard to watch. Matt Ryan already had 28-3 looming over his head, but now he has this too.
It’s a shame Matt Ryan is just allergic to closing out big leads. Matt Ryan has plenty of great seasons under his belt, but unfortunately, we remember the terrible game the most.
So please Matt retire. I’m begging you. Stop letting these bad organizations fail you and tarnish your career.
I cannot stand idle by as Jeff Saturday trots you out there every week like a lamb to the slaughter, just for you to get beat like a dumb because no one’s blocking.
Take your money, and go move out to Montana or somewhere west to a place where no one will bother you.
It’s getting difficult to watch.
